What’s the catering cost in Calgary?
The price of catering (like the price of a car, for example) depends on a great number of things. It includes things like your party size, date and time of the event, service staff requirements, etc. Check our Menus and let us know if you’d like to customize them.
Where can I find the catering menu?
All of our menus are posted online and are updated regularly. Make sure to check our Menus section.
Do you offer tastings?
Yes, once we send you a quote and you like what you see, we can certainly sit down to discuss the details and have a tasting at the same time.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes for large events, we require a 35% non-refundable deposit to secure all services for you.
Do you have pricing for children’s meals?
Yes, children under 3 eat for free and children between the ages of 3 and 8 get 50% off their meals.
When do I need to place my catering order?
We usually require 48-hour notice for orders; however, we will always try to help out on short notice as long as we have the resources available.
What are my payment options?
Our preferred method of payment is Electronic Fund Transfer or cheques, but we also accept all major credit cards.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
Yes, we can prepare most food items gluten-free, please ask us about this when placing your order.
Do you charge for cake cutting?
No, we don’t charge a cake-cutting fee, only for the rentals of plates and forks.
Do you charge gratuity?
No, we don’t pre-charge gratuity. We leave that to our client’s discretion.
Are the menus posted on the website customizable?
Yes, all menus are ideas and suggestions only and can easily be changed to your liking.
Are chaffing dishes included?
Depends, on casual events; hot food comes in tinfoil and cold food on disposable platters. Quality events are presented a whole lot nicer.
Do you supply servers and bartenders?
Yes, servers are $35/hr and bartenders are $35/hr for a minimum of 4 hours including travel time.

1: You reach out to us
Contact us and tell us the basics of your event. We prefer to plan in advance but can work within a tighter timeline.
2: We assess your needs
We respond quickly and request additional information to prepare an Initial Assessment (IA) for you. We tailor menus to match your event’s spirit. We send our IA for your review.
3. We discuss the IA
We want to ensure you’re happy with the plan so we communicate the details of IA to ensure it’s perfect.
4. We sign the contract
Once you’re happy with the IA, we build a formal contract and share it with you. Once the contract is signed, we begin preparations for your unique catered event.
5. We cater your event
Our vehicle fleet is dispatched and arrives on time. We set everything up, service the event (if service was requested) and take everything down at the end.
