My good friend and I had a fabulous meeting with Jade at the NW location yesterday - enquiring about an event at a later date.... While Jade was unaware she had been booked for this appointment - [it had been booked on line with Chloe - and obviously forgot to advise Jade - ]amidst her very busy schedule at the location yesterday with a Wedding..... she was not at all surprised, nor ruffled one bit... she was gracious - extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very empathetic re the situation. She knows what works best, food, drinks, decorations etc...... THANK YOU JADE FOR YOUR WONDERFUL HOSPITALITY YESTERDAY...YOU ARE A STAR, AND A WONDERFUL ASSET TO THE COMPANY....... 5IVE STARS PLUS.

A huge thank you to Simply Elegant Catering for the wonderful food and exceptional service they provided for our Celebration of Life. Their team was organized, professional, accommodating, and incredibly kind. The food and presentation were excellent, and having their team take care of everything. We truly appreciated everything they did and would not hesitate to use them again.

We used Simply Elegant for catering and decor for our wedding at Waterfront Park on August 29th. We planned with them for around a year and they were absolutely lovely to deal with. Jade went above and beyond for us and made sure to ease any stress or anxiety. I have no words to properly describe how grateful I am for her help! She is amazing! We had so many compliments on how well the day flowed, how beautiful the ceremony and reception was, and that the food was amazing. The simply elegant team did an amazing job and brought our vision to life and made everything even more beautiful than we could have imagined. They were really easy to communicate with and we had every question answered for us no matter how silly it seemed. I would recommend using them for any wedding as they are very professional and make sure you are taken care of! Having an amazing team that supports and takes care of you that you can trust to make sure everything is done makes the world of a difference. We loved Jade and the simply elegant team for making our wedding day so special.

We hired Simply Elegant for our wedding on August 15, 2026, and they did an incredible job! Our guests all loved the food and they were able to accommodate our halal and vegan/vegetarian guests with ease. Communication was also very easy. I highly recommend going with Simply Elegant for your wedding catering!

We had our wedding on the wettest day of the year. We had tons of last minute cancelations and changes. I was beyond stressed and I have to admit, I probably became kind of a "Bridezilla" 😩 Not once did anyone from Simply Elegant lose their temper with me. Every time something was changed, pretty much every other day, they acknowledge the change, suggested different ideas and worked with my constant questioning and helped me to understand things. Because of the weather, we had to do some last minute moving around. They gladly let us use the pavilion as an alternate ceremony location. With the help of the staff and the awesome DJ, the ceremony ended up being absolutely beautiful. They even provided a place for our guests to stay, out of the rain, while waiting for the reception area to be ready. With their expertise, they were able to finish early and we were able to start the party earlier than planned. My biggest worry was how our idea of reception decor would translate into a reality. We basically made a few things, sent pictures of our ideas and let them "go to town" with the decorating. Upon walking into the reception room for the first time, I saw before me, our exact idea. The reception was EPIC and the catering staff did the best they could despite all the seat changes, last minute cancelations and special requests a lot of our guest had. We all had the time of our lives dancing to the wicked 80's tunes the DJ was pumpin' and the food was delicious. Everyone that had special diet requests were accommodated appropriately. We wrapped up the party at the insane hour of 930pm 😂😂😂🤦‍♀️ ( cuz we're old and go to bed at 9pm 😂) with everyone thanking us for inviting them to the "best wedding EVER" We want to thank the whole crew that helped make our 80's wedding totally awesome and a wicked event we will never forget. Simply Elegant Catering did an excellent job hosting our Grand Opening BBQ. Their team was friendly, easy to work with, and handled everything from set‑up to clean‑up seamlessly. The food was great, the service was smooth, and the two‑tent layout created a comfortable space that everyone enjoyed. Our guests had a fantastic time, and we were very pleased with the overall experience. We will repeat for sure.

We recently hosted an in-home event for about 20 guests, and Simply Elegant did a fantastic job. They arrived on time, the setup was seamless, and the food was absolutely delicious. Pickup afterward was quick and easy, making the whole experience stress-free. I would definitely recommend Simply Elegant for anyone looking for great catering and excellent service!

Simply Elegant saved the day for me when I needed a last minute catering for a small dinner. They honoured my budget, we're able to prepare a lovely meal for our group on very short notice and the service, delivery and clean up was great. Not to mention the food was delicious!! I would definitely use them again.
