A helping hand with venue selection

We had our wedding on the wettest day of the year. We had tons of last minute cancelations and changes. I was beyond stressed and I have to admit, I probably became kind of a "Bridezilla" 😩 Not once did anyone from Simply Elegant lose their temper with me. Every time something was changed, pretty much every other day, they acknowledge the change, suggested different ideas and worked with my constant questioning and helped me to understand things. Because of the weather, we had to do some last minute moving around. They gladly let us use the pavilion as an alternate ceremony location. With the help of the staff and the awesome DJ, the ceremony ended up being absolutely beautiful. They even provided a place for our guests to stay, out of the rain, while waiting for the reception area to be ready. With their expertise, they were able to finish early and we were able to start the party earlier than planned. My biggest worry was how our idea of reception decor would translate into a reality. We basically made a few things, sent pictures of our ideas and let them "go to town" with the decorating. Upon walking into the reception room for the first time, I saw before me, our exact idea. The reception was EPIC and the catering staff did the best they could despite all the seat changes, last minute cancelations and special requests a lot of our guest had. We all had the time of our lives dancing to the wicked 80's tunes the DJ was pumpin' and the food was delicious. Everyone that had special diet requests were accommodated appropriately. We wrapped up the party at the insane hour of 930pm 😂😂😂🤦‍♀️ ( cuz we're old and go to bed at 9pm 😂) with everyone thanking us for inviting them to the "best wedding EVER" We want to thank the whole crew that helped make our 80's wedding totally awesome and a wicked event we will never forget. Simply Elegant Catering did an excellent job hosting our Grand Opening BBQ. Their team was friendly, easy to work with, and handled everything from set‑up to clean‑up seamlessly. The food was great, the service was smooth, and the two‑tent layout created a comfortable space that everyone enjoyed. Our guests had a fantastic time, and we were very pleased with the overall experience. We will repeat for sure.

We recently hosted an in-home event for about 20 guests, and Simply Elegant did a fantastic job. They arrived on time, the setup was seamless, and the food was absolutely delicious. Simply Elegant saved the day for me when I needed a last minute catering for a small dinner. They honoured my budget, we're able to prepare a lovely meal for our group on very short notice and the service, delivery and clean up was great. Not to mention the food was delicious!! Raymond and his team from Simply Elegant was amazing to work with, professional, accommodating and truly a gem of the company. Here is the back story of what they pulled together. I was helping a Company plan a Christmas Lunch for 60 plus.. I was notified on the afternoon of Dec 19th to plan the Lunch for Christmas Eve. Let's just put it this way, it was a Christmas Miracle that Simply Elegant put it together. The Lunch went without a hitched, food was good and hot. The client will use Simply Elegant for future events.

We ordered the traditional Christmas buffet for our company holiday party, and it was a hit. The food was excellent, and the team at Simply Elegant was friendly and accommodating—especially with our many dietary requirements. All our staff happily went back for thirds and fourths, and I highly recommend the tofu vegetarian stir-fry from their regular menu. Many thanks!
