Exquisite Chic

The bride dreamed of a romantic wedding to honour the love of her life and future husband. In creating a theme with his cultural background in mind, the room was designed by Simply Elegant’s team at Shawnessy Barn to give it an exquisitely chic ambiance.

Beautiful blush linens were paired with fresh aromatic eucalyptus and sweet spray rose floral runners that wrapped around the tall crystal pedestal centerpieces. Opulent hydrangea, pink roses and white phalaenopsis orchids draped downwards from the centerpieces.

The couples’ vows took place outside in a nearby park under a lovely wooden archway adorned with hydrangea and rose floral arrangements.

Despite the threat of rain, the ceremony took place before it came down. It was an intimate family affair as the bride and groom choose their children to be their witnesses.

Tables were set up outside for post ceremony cocktails and visiting. A custom buffet menu was followed by a night of dancing under romantic fairy lights. This enchanting evening will be long remembered by wedding guests.
