Raymond and his team from Simply Elegant was amazing to work with, professional, accommodating and truly a gem of the company. Here is the back story of what they pulled together. I was helping a Company plan a Christmas Lunch for 60 plus.. I was notified on the afternoon of Dec 19th to plan the Lunch for Christmas Eve. Let's just put it this way, it was a Christmas Miracle that Simply Elegant put it together. The Lunch went without a hitched, food was good and hot. The client will use Simply Elegant for future events.

We ordered the traditional Christmas buffet for our company holiday party, and it was a hit. The food was excellent, and the team at Simply Elegant was friendly and accommodating—especially with our many dietary requirements. All our staff happily went back for thirds and fourths, and I highly recommend the tofu vegetarian stir-fry from their regular menu. Many thanks!

From beginning to end they were a pleasure to work with and offered a large selection of breakfast items. When our final attendance #'s came in, we asked to reduce our order which they quickly adjusted. When the food arrived, the delivery person was friendly and helpful with set up. The food arrived hot along with fresh pastries and fruit. The following day they returned to pick up supplies and were in and out quickly. We just had our wedding catered by Simply Elegant on August 16th. The company is amazing to work with. Right from the beginning, communication was quick and efficient. The chef was accommodating of our, slightly odd, request. We had a christmas themed wedding, and Simply Elegant recreated their Holiday menu for us for it! We did a tasting prior to signing, and it was as amazing as the food was on the day of the wedding! We had so many left overs too so the quantities were great! We had so many compliments from our friends and family about the food! Could not have asked for a better wedding day meal! Will highly recommend in the future!

We use Simply Elegant catering for our breakfast board meetings and they never disappoint! The food is always tasty and they show up on time and come back to pick up the equipment afterwards. They are our GO TO catering company and we highly recommend them.

I have had the pleasure to work with Simply Catering three times in the past few months for lunches (60-80 people) at our office and it was a great experience every time. We were extremely happy with the work and efforts that Simply Elegant dedicated to planning and executing our wedding at the Waterfront Park in September. Jade is the Event Production Director and she wears the role fabulously. She was quick to pick up on the big and small details that we wanted and delivered no questions asked. Mark is the catering manager and he met with us a couple times for tastings and menu revisions. He never got tired of our inquiries or requests (at least to our faces lol) and was very willing to go the extra mile for us. The team at Simply Elegant made themselves very available to us and our vendors on the wedding day and the days leading up to it. Simply Elegant catered and managed our wedding on site at the Christine Klassen Art gallery. From start to finish working with their team was such a great experience and they went above and beyond for us every step of the way. It was a joy to have them with us on our special night and the specially tailored menu was absolutely incredible. Simply elegant truly is an all in one company. One week ago today my husband and I worked with them to renew our wedding vows. Waterfront park is a beautiful peaceful setting perfect for our sunset renewal. The food was terrific and staff was very professional, so pleasant and helpful. I contacted Simply Elegant to cater a home cocktail party for us and their service was excellent! They emailed a sample menu based on our budget and it was perfect. They came and set everything up and explained each dish to us and then came back the following Monday to pick up their dish ware. Our guests were also impressed and many asked which catering company we had used.
